Terms of Service for DelVecchio Coaching LLCIntroduction: By using the services provided by DelVecchio Coaching LLC, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.Description of Services: We offer a video production service which includes: Conducting market research based on client information. Guiding the client through a virtual studio recording. Professional video editing which includes adding captions, graphics, and title slides.Process Step 1: Client completes an information form regarding personal and business details. Step 2: Our team conducts market research based on the provided information. Step 3: Client attends a virtual studio session with our creative director to record content. Step 4: Our team edits the recording to produce 8–12 professional videos. Step 5: Client receives a link to a DropBox folder containing their videos within 14 days of the recording session.Payment: Fees for our services will be communicated to you upon inquiry or as part of a separate agreement. Payment terms will be specified therein.Revisions: Clients are entitled to one round of revisions per video after delivery. Revision requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the final videos. Revisions are limited to adjustments of captions, graphics, or minor content edits. Major content changes, additional videos, or new recordings are outside the scope of revisions and may incur additional fees. DelVecchio Coaching LLC reserves the right to determine what constitutes a "minor" versus a "major" revision.Refund Policy: All payments made to DelVecchio Coaching LLC are non-refundable. Due to the customized nature of our video production services, refunds will not be provided once work has commenced. If the client chooses not to proceed after completing the information form but before recording, a partial refund may be granted, minus an administrative fee. If the client cancels prior to the agreed minimum commitment, a cancellation fee of $750 will be billed.Intellectual Property Rights: Upon full payment, the rights to the videos will be transferred to the client. Until then, all rights, including intellectual property rights, belong to DelVecchio Coaching LLC.Confidentiality: All information provided by the client will be treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without written consent, except as required by law.Limitations: We do our best to provide high-quality service, but we cannot guarantee that the videos will bring any specific results or business outcomes.Termination: Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if the other party breaches any of these terms.Governing Law: These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms of Service shall be resolved in New York.Changes to Terms of Service: We reserve the right to update or change these Terms of Service at any time.
